There is not difference in AIR(All india rank) and CRL(common rank list) as both the words are same and used for the same purpose.That is, the rank which you get on your percentile without considering your category or home sate.

your JEE Mains score has not cross the cutoff of general and OBC category, so if you belong to any one of these two category, you don't stand a chance to be in NITs
