my question is I want to study both b.tech in civil enginnering(4 year course) and B.Arch(5 year course). but not one by one because it would take 9 years. and not by one of them through distance or online mode because for technical course this is not available in india. what should I do?

You should go to USA for study of bachelors . there you can study both courses at same time because USA has very very flexible education system in world. In USA you can change your major or minor whenever you want .just give sat and toefl exam
