Yes, he or she is eligible. If you are talking about school entrances for higher education then he/she can either fill up the online form available or offline form according to the choice. For class 6th and 9th there are different entrance exams,for rest there is All India Sainik School

Hi there, I seek to get a call from GIM at 70 percentile. GIM has a 15 percentile off for Goan domicile students. So, if suppose the all India cutoff for XAT 2020 goes upto 85 percentile, can i expect 70 percentile at an overall score of 12.01 marks so that i can fetch a call from GIM?

GIM usually considers students having more than 70 percentile so you can definitely expect a call. But it is only during the final selection process that they consider the diversity for admissions. They don't have different cutoffs. Just give your 100 percent and you can easily get through.
