 It's ok if you have not cleared 11th class with good marks because the eligibility criteria for JEE demands a minimum 75% marks in 12th class. So if you study hard in your 12th class and get a score of anything above 75% then you can surely attempt for

If the speed of a projectile at its maximum height is half of its initial speed then the angle of projection is 60 degrees.Since at max. height the horizontal component of speed i.e u cos( theta) only exist.
