Yes definitely you can go for MS in abroad even if you complete Integrated M.Tech from India because as far as my information there is no such rule of any Institution in abroad which does not allow the candidates to pursue MS in their institution for having integrated

To become a forensic expert in India after doing Bachelors in Chemistry you will have to do Masters in Forensic Science.
