If you are passing out class 12th in 2021 then yes you are eligible to get admission in B.Sc Nursing this year. The admission to B.Sc Nursing may either depend on merit in the entrance examination or class 12th marks. You can apply for admission in the colleges in which you are interested to get admission but you must pass in the qualifying examination with the requisite score and provide the class 12th certificate on or before the cut off date that is specified. You will provisionally get admission if you are appearing in the qualifying examination this year. You will get admission only if you fulfill the eligibility criteria at the time of admission and pass in the qualifying examination. Please check the admission requirements before seeking admission in a college.

The Indian Army Bsc. nursing exam- MNS 2021 application form has been released on 17 February,2021 at the website joinindianarmy.nic.in. The last date to submit the application form was March 10, 2021.

MNS 2021 which will be conducted by Directorate General of Medical Services (DGMS) on behalf of the Indian Army has been postponed by the authorities as per the latest updates due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic crisis. Earlier, it was scheduled for April 2021.

The latest exam date and admit card release date has not been announced yet.

DGMS will yet inform about the dates for the Military Nursing Services also called Indian Army B.SC Nursing for 2022. For the session 2021, the last date to fill the application form was March 10, 2021. This year the application form were released late, but, generally the application process usually commence in November every year. Indian Army B.SC Nursing 2021 has been postponed. You can no longer apply for it and can sit for MNS Exam 2022.

As per the latest announcement made by The Directorate General of Medical Services (Army) regarding Indian Army B.Sc Nursing exam 2021, the examination has been postponed due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in the country and as of now the cases are decreasing so new date might be released soon so we have to wait for any official notification.

You are only eligible for Indian Army B.Sc Nursing exam 2021 if you satisfy following conditions :-

** You should be female candidate.

**Your marital status should be aby of unmarried/divorcee/legally separated/widow without encumbrances.

**You must be an Indian citizen.

**Your DoB as per you class 10th certificate must be between October 1, 1996, to September 30, 2004 (inclusive of both days).

**You must have passed 10+2 or equivalent (12 Years schooling) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology) and English in the first attempt from a Recognized Board of education with minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

**Even if you are appearing for your class 12th or equivalent exam during the current academic session may also appear for it provisionally.

Only the exam is postponed due to the ongoing pandemic but there is no information regarding the reopening of the form filling of Indian Army BSc Nursing. Now you cannot fill the from for Indian Army BSc Nursing. Directorate General of Medical Services (DGMS) on behalf of Indian Army will conduct the MNS BSc nursing entrance test. ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility criteria for Indian Army BSc nursing :-

* educational qualification :- you  must  have passed it in the first attempt with physics, chemistry, biology, and english and must have got at least 50%  in 12th board exam as a regular student. Class 12th appearing students are also provisionally eligible.

*your date of birth must be between 1st October , 1996, to 30th September , 2004 inclusive of both days as per your class 10th certificate to be eligible for Indian Army BSc nursing 2021

* You should be a female and  unmarried. Also, divorcee, legally separated and widows are eligible.

* nationality :- you must be Indian citizen.

*phydical standard :- you will  be checked for the physical fitness as per standards set by commission in the Armed Forces, and for the same you will have to go through X-ray exam of chest and USG of abdomen & pelvis .

- ) height :- you should have height of at least 152 cm  while for Gorkhas and those belonging to North Eastern region of India, Garhwal and Kumaon needs a height of at least 148 cm.

EXAM PATTERN

*Mode of exam :- it is conducted in online mode i. e  it is Computer Based test

*Type of questions asked :- mcqs / Objective questions are asked

*Language :- the medium of examination is English

*number of sections :- There will be 3 sections :-

• General English,

• General Intelligence,

• Science ( physics chemistry and Biology)

*Total questions :- there will be a total of 150 questions in your Examination

* duration of the examination :- the examination is of 1 hour 30 minutes i. e 90 minutes

*marking scheme :-

• You get +1 mark for each correct answer

• There is no negative marking for wrong answers and questions not attempted

Yes , you can definitely apply for the Indian Army B.Sc Nursing even if you have done 12th from Open Board. The basic eligibilty is a minimum pass percentage of 55% with Physics , Chemistry , Biology and English as mandatory subjects. However you must have passed 12th in the very first attempt itself.
