Directorate General of Medical Services (DGMS) on behalf of the Indian Army conducts the Indian Army BSc nursing entrance examination for entry into BSc nursing courses and is the only way to get selected. So unfortunately you cannot get admission in the same based upon the Neet scores. Female candidates who have completed their intermediate studies and fulfill the necessary eligibility criteria can apply for the examination in an online mode at joinindianarmy.nic.in.

Indian army BSc nursing 2022 eligibility criteria :
The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent (12 year of schooling) with physics, chemistry and biology ( botany and zoology) and english in the first attempt from a statutory / recognised board/university / examination board.

If I talk about the eligibilities then till now there is no provision for male nurses in the wing of nursing of the Indian Army and till now only female nurses are currently there in the wing.
The aspirants have to go through various processes through the academic,physical and other MNS eligibility criterias.
So you can't go there as Indian Army BSc nursing exam only admit female candidates.

The schedule for Indian Army B.Sc Nursing (Military Nursing Service) Entrance Examination for the year 2022 is not yet released. Indian Army will release the notification for Indian Army B.Sc Nursing Entrance Examination 2022 on the official website and the application process will begin as per the schedule. As the schedule is not yet released you have to wait until the notification is released. The candidates who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with at least 50% aggregate score as a regular student are eligible to apply. Only female candidates are eligible. As the notification is not yet released please keep an eye on updates from time to time so that you will not miss any important updates. Admission in armed forces medical college for the course of BSC nursing Candidate should be e a girl candidate and her age should be between 17 17years to 21 years and have secured 50% marks in 12 science course with physics chemistry biology and English. She has to achieve a valid score in NEET Ug exam. She must be fit in mentally and physically. No physically challenged persons are eligible for taking admission in armed forces medical college for BSC nursing course.

The registration for Indian Army B.Sc Nursing 2021 is already concluded. The registration for Indian Army B.Sc Nursing 2022 has not yet started. Once the registration start you can apply for examination on the official website https://joinindianarmy.nic.in/ (https://joinindianarmy.nic.in/officers-notifications.htm)
You need to pay the application fee online and register online to fill the application form. Only the eligible candidates will be able to pay the online application fee. You need to wait until the notification is released for Indian Army B.Sc Nursing 2022.

If you want to get into MNS, then you need to fill its application form once it gets released, then clear it's entrance examination.
The date for MNS i. e Indian Army BSc nursing application form 2022 has not been announced , for 2021 it was released on 17th February so you going by this we can assume its release by January February 2022.

The criteria for joining army nursing are:
Method of Selection:
(a) Written test : Only eligible candidates will be called for a written test to be conductedduring the first/Second week of Sep 2016. The written test of 100 marks will consist of objective type questions based on Nursing, English language and Gen intelligence. There is no negative marking. The OMR based evaluation of the answer sheets will be done at IHQ of MoD(Army) and the result of successful shortlisted candidates will be declared online on the army website with the instructions for interview by fourth week of Sep 2016.Confirmation of the result will be the individual responsibility of the candidates. This Office will not be responsible for informing the result individually.
(b) Interview and medical examination: A required number (not more than three times of vacancies) of shortlisted candidates of the written test, in the order of merit will be called for interview during the month of Oct 2016 at Delhi. Thereafter, only the candidates who have cleared the interview will be subjected to Medical Examination. The process of interview and medical examination may take2-5 days. Arrangement for accommodation will be individual responsibility. Only the required number of shortlisted candidates (as per vacancy and merit) who are pronounced medically fit in all respect will be sent call letters to report to the various hospitals in Armed Forces. No correspondence/queries will be entertained. The decision of the Board for written test and interview will be final.
