In order to be eligible for admission in Indian Army TGC, you must either have an engineering degree in related stream (for Engineers) or MA or M.Sc degree in 1st or 2nd division from a recognised university in English or Economics or History or Geography or related subjects (for Army Education Corps). If you are appearing for the final year, then also you are eligible (for Engineers but not for Army Education Corps). Only unmarried candidates are eligible and the age limit is from 20 to 27 years (for Engineers). You must meet the required physical standards.
In order to be eligible for UPPCL Recruitment, you must complete the following educational qualification:
Assistant Accountant- You have to complete graduation degree in Commerce (B.Com) from any recognized University in India
Assistant Review Officer- You have to complete graduation degree in any field from any recognized University in India and Hindi Typing 30 WPM
Camp Assistant Grade-3- You have to complete graduation degree in any field from any recognized University in India and Hindi Stenographer: 60 WPM, Computer Hindi Typing : 30 WPM
Your age limit must be from 21 to 40 years.
Shoolini University offers courses like Biotechnology, Management, CSE, Law, Science, Agriculture, Hotel Management etc.

5 feet height means 152.5 cm. See, if you are a girl then this height is eligible for serving in Indian army but if you are a boy then definitely it is not enough to make you eligible for Indian army.
You need to be at least 157.5 cm for serving in army .
So unfortunately you are not eligible for Indian army but don't loose hope. If you still have time to grow then do try once for sure. And if the age is passed then try for other options .
Donot lose hope at all. Height takes time to grow.

Let us first look at the detailed eligibility criteria wrt Height for India Army in NDA -

NOTE - If you are below 18 years of age while writing the examination, 2 cm allowance in Height can be considered.
So, on the basis of above facts, and considering you are a male candidate with age more than 18 years, then your height of 5 feet (152.4 cm) is not sufficient to be eligible for Indian Army in NDA.

The maximum age to enlist in Indian armed forces i.e. Army,Air force and Navy as an NCO is 21 Years for GD i.e.Ground duty and 23 for clerk in various areas.
Note :- The date of birth accepted by the office is that entered in the Matriculation or an equivalent examination certificate.

One can join Indian army after completing their school as well as after completing their graduation. After graduation one should give exam of CDS to join Indian army .
CDS stands for combined defence services. It is same just like NDA. It is also conducted twice in a year - February and September by UPSC. One can go in Indian military academy (IMA), officers training academy (OTA) ,Indian Air Force Academy (IAFA) and INA ( Indian Naval academy) after passing CDS. After qualifying one will have to undergo training period. One will get stipend during training and after selection a handsome salary is provides which increases according to promotion.
Eligibility criteria for CDS is following:
Candidates must have completed their graduation.
Candidates must be between age of 20-24 .
Candidates who are going to apply for Air Force must have physics and mathematics at their 10+2 level.
Candidates applying for Indian Naval Academy must have an engineering degree .

Yes, you can do to what you intend to be. As you are a passout student of electrical engineering and wishes to join in State electricity Board it is possible because qualification and the education you have achieved from IOT, is recognised by AICTE. For which in any kind of government job this degree is valid. After this you can do specialisation in power.
