IIFT usually had an offline mode until the last year. Yes, they do have a sectional based cutoff. You need to clear the sectional cut off, that's why you can't ignore the GK Section. Secondly, you need to clear overall cut off. If you are scoring somewhere around 40-45 overall you can easily make into IIFT. Secondly, try to get an overall score from English or GK, as they are less time-consuming. Just clear sectional cut off of quant by giving 7-8 correct answers. Best wishes!
If you are looking for MBA or PGDM course at IIFT, then all students from any discipline with 50%aggregate marks in graduation from recognised University shall be eligible.
No particular graduation degree required for IIFT mba courses.
Students must have appeared for accepting exms for course which is must and meet qualifying marks.
Hey!
They send the second round entry letter by post. But, you will also get affirmation through online. In case you are out of town. Kindly, call at their office number. But, it will be around Feb or March. Not now. I am telling about IIFT. IIM give direct affirmation through their own online portal. Best wishes, I hope you make through the first round.
Hey Shradha!
Sectional cut off is same for everyone. Only difference will be in overall cut off. Plus, the number of students getting into IIFT are very less in number. So, you won't get much benefit of SC-cut off. As within the quota category, the ones making into will have marks lying in the General category. It will be of much use in the second round. So prepare well and ace it.
Hello Kuldeep,The minimum percentage in graduation for IIFT MBA for SC candidates is 45%.I hope this was helpful and all the best.
Hello Satheesh ,thanks for asking this question on this platform .as you filled wrong CGPA in application so according to me now it may be difficult to rechange it because after submitting any details it send to that details in the form of data sheet .and sometimes they provide a correction option in some cases .so I hope this will help you thanks
Cutoff at IIFT was 35.5 marks in 2018 and for 2017 cutoff marks was 48.5 under General category . Cutiff for other category is different and sections wise cutoff also share below.

Hi shivram ,
If you clear IIFT exam ,shortlisting happens on the basis on your IIFT score.so the top rank 160-170 will go to IIFT Delhi .then next 160-170shift to IIFT Kolkata.
So,you can change from Delhi to kolkata,in case you wish .but you can't change from Kolkata to Delhi .as the whole process happens on the basis of rank .and just by filling the form for Delhi campus ,you are application for the rest.
Thanks.
