There is no fixed CAT percentile to get admission to the MBA programme offered at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi . The institute assigns different weightages to the scores of different sections of the CAT for the purpose of shortlisting candidates for the Interview process and for the final selection to encourage diversity across various disciplines.
A weighted score is computed by FMS Delhi giving weightages of 40%, 30%, and 30% to the scores of VARC, DILR and QA sections respectively. An additional 5 marks shall be added to the weighted score in case of women candidates for the purpose PI shortlist. Following criteria is used for the final selection:
Additional 5 marks for women candidates who appear for the PI.
Even a 99 percentile in the CAT will not give you a guarantee to get a shortlist for the GDPI process. But, if you belong to the reserved category, then you might get an Interview call at a lower percentile. Your final selection to FMS Delhi will depend upon a number of factors apart from your performance in the CAT.
Your Class 10, Class 12 and Graduation percentage does not help you directly to get admission to any business school. Only some weightage is given to them while selecting candidates for further admission process or final selection. To get admission in any of the top college you must appear for the management aptitude test and must perform well during WATPI/ GDPI process.

Hii There,
Many MBA colleges in India, even beyond the top 100, are considering CAT 2023 scores for admissions in 2024. A lot of these colleges are accepting CAT percentiles in the range of 70-80. What's interesting is that these colleges are placing more importance on the overall profile of the candidates, such as their academic background and work experience, rather than just looking at their CAT exam scores."
I hope this answers your question
General category students aiming for admission to the top IIMs need CAT percentiles ranging from 98 to 100. In contrast, reserved category students may have slightly lower cut-offs, typically falling between 95 to 98 percentile. For other prestigious MBA colleges like FMS, MDI, SPJIMR, the CAT cut-offs vary from 90 to 99 percentile.
I hope this answers your question.
Thanks

Indeed, it is possible to study for the CAT while working. Form CAT preparation doesn't have to take up your entire day. When a working professional begins preparing for the CAT early on, two hours of study time each day should be sufficient .
