Your pcm percentage is around 68 and according to jee guidelines 75% is required in pcm or you should be in top 20 percentile. Now for IIIT A , jee mains cutoff is approx 180-200 marks .
Apart from this fact you just prepare yourself for exams and find you possible opportunities next year. But without 75% in pcm it would be difficult to get into nits or IIITs . But I can get into other good colleges like RVCE which is very good college in Bangalore. Placement are awesome. Almost equal to some nits ,nearly all big companies visit campus etc . Also requirement is 50% in 12. You have to give comedk and get rank below 1000. Similarly BMS college in Bangalore.
Some private engineering colleges also take admission according to jee marks.

The cutoff of each year varies with difficulty level of exam, no of seats available, no of applicants etc.
But you can observe the trend based on last years cutoff
In IIIT Alahabad the closing rank for ece, last year was 12004 .

And also IIIT Gwalior doesnt offers btech in ece.It offers btech in cse.

HelloReservation for EWS category is being provided for the first time by NTA in JEE Main exam therefore it would be difficult to tell you about your chances of admission as previous year cutoffs for EWS category is not available.
However, according to your rank, chances seems to be there for getting a seat in MNNIT and IIIT Allahabad.

Congratulation to you for obtaining such a percentile. Your common list rank would be almost 140000. You may get a seat in some IIITS.Due to low rank there is no one NITs which offer a seat.

With this score you might also be able to get new IIITs like IIIT Guwhati, Bhopal, Bhubneshwar and Lucknow to name some, but if you can get into IIIT Allahabad, this probably the best choice available to you.
Coming onto placements, they are totally dependent on two factors
Most of the good companies for computer science like Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung, Flipkart etc. don't visit every college campus, but since IIIT Allahabad is a very well know university specifially focussing on IT and CS field, some of top companies do visit the campus.
The minimum package offered was 3.2 LPA and the maximum was 27 LPA.The average was somewhere in range of 10-11 lacs.For M.Tech students, the average was about 15 LPA.Once again, it is dependent on the skill set. IIIT Allahabad is a good place to be, but you will have to work hard to get a decent package at the end of your M.Tech.
