Summer placements are primarily for the internship duration once you finish your 1st year. This is around a 3 month period. You get a stipend for this duration. It has ranged upto a few lakhs as well. Final placements are for full time offers.

sorry but be it a lecture at IIM a or any institution , the student should not sleep. you may not be caught by the teacher if you sleep or at many places the teacher may not bother if you listen or you choose to sleep , but above
