With the academic record which you have mentioned in the question you should have at least 95-98 or more percentile in CAT and along with this you should have good performance in graduation as well because you will not be having any work experience just after completing graduation.

Admission in IIM is depend on your cat score . So you have to score good marks in cat. As per the eligibility criteria for cat you must have minimum 50% aggregate marks in your graduation. There is no such condition on your 10th and 12th standard marks .
