Admission to Indian institutes of management is offered on the basis of CAT score not on the basis of JEE MAIN therefore to get admission a call from IIM you need to appear for cat and score well in the exam to get calls from the Institute like Indian Institute

FPM at IIM is rather focused on research. It's a PhD programme. If you are interested into making carer in academics and research and teaching then this programme is good for you. If you are interested only into corporate sector/ starting your own business then I suggest go for PGDM

Hello Rahul,

If you're from general category then I really doubt that you will get call from any of the IIMs because even the new IIMs demand a percentile between 90-96. But if you're from some other category then you can expect calls from the new IIMS such as IIM

Work experience is certainly has an age in admission to MBA colleges but it is not at all mandatory to have work experience to get into the college but if you have then you will get benefit of certain bonus points so it will become easier to get

With 88 percentile as a general category student, The chances are less to get a call from any IIMs. But below is the list of colleges where you have a good probability-

Yes you have good chance of getting calls from Baby IIMs, you might even get calls from IIM Ranchi, Rohtak, given your profile is good.
