Your marks are fairly average and to get a call from IIM abc you need percentile over 99.5 and that too wont gurantee a call. 

But since you are from Bcom and st xavier you have a good chance in new IIMs and other bschools such as MDI

Yes varjous scholarships are available for OBC category students based on annual family income less than 8lpa.

Students get varipus fee aid based onmerit as well.

For eligibility into IIM, students must have completed graduation degree with atleast 50%aggregate marks from recognised University and must have Valid score card of CAT.

Students from Open University are also eligible provided you meet Minimum CAT cutoff marks. 

Final admission will be on basis of your performance in GDPi

yes it is possible for you it is not a big deal you can do BBA and after that you can do MBA as well your stream does not matters.

Whats done in past is done. Do not think that you will be below anyone because of the low scores. Anyways as a rule of thumb these low scores can always be compensated by higher CAT percentiles. There are many colleges which do not give much weigtage to past
