List of all documents requires for IIM shallbe caste certificate,, marksheets of graduation, 10th and 12th.

Also CAT admit card and scorecard with recent passport size photos and CAT application form might be required. 

Cutoff firstly on basis of percentile system and not marks in IIM Ahmedabad. 

Minimum 75 percentile in CAT as per 2017 was cutoff for OBC NC Category. Details of section cutoff below.

To qualify for the selection procedure for PGDM programme at IIM Ahmedabad, you need to qualify the CAT cutoff, which is a very high percentile.
