Since you haven't mentioned the name of any specific IIM you need the information for; so generally the WAT - PI results starts to pour in from the month of May, starting with old IIMs and they continue till July (for the newest ones).

According to Need Based Financial Assistance(NBFA) your annual family income should not exceed Rs.4,50,000/- for PGP/IPM students.

There is no as such scholorship given by IIM.

As we know that the older IIMs have more value than the newer established ones. So , directly answering your questions, I must tell you that IIM Calcutta is much better than IIM Sambalpur.

Work experience is not a mandatory criterion to get admission into IIMs and other Top B-Schools. Freshers too have equal opportunities to get into these. Right now your current focus should be doing well in your graduation and after that, if you do well in the entrance exams

I am assuming you are from general category. Based on your overall academic profile, you will need to score in the range of 99 to 100 percentile to get a call for the next round.
