Yes other states student gives the IPMAT exam. So you can give the IPMAT exam. Some restrictions are also there like IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak reserve all rights to decide the eligibility conditions for the exam.

IIM Jammu, established in 2016 is one of the new IIMs' in the country. Considering it to be a baby IIM among other colleges that provide MBA course, it is still really good at the education it provides. Also the placements are expectional just like at any other IIM.
