You can take admission in IISc through KVPY, NEET and JEE Advanced. 

In order to be eligible you must have secured a first class or 60% or equivalent grade (relaxed to pass class for SC/ST candidates) in the II PUC / 12th Standard examination.

Congratulations!

If you belong to General Category, then it is very difficult to get admission in IISc Banglore because Previous year closing rank was AIR 5. but if you belong to other category you can get in easily.

The main criteria to be atdimitted into UG program at IISC, one should have studied Mathematics course as one of the subject at 10+2 level. Then only they are eligible to apply for BS pogram offered by IISC either through KVPY or NEET.

The FAQS also say this," KVPY/IIT-JEE (Main) / IIT-JEE  (Advance)/ NEET Result - Within 1 week from the date of announcement of result. (Applicants must update their national test  results by logging into the Applicant’s interface and clicking on “Update your national ent. Test result” link.)"
