(Students planning to pursue or pursuing a graduate degree via the Distance Education scheme/correspondence course at any institution are not eligible to apply for the KVPY Fellowships.) The KVPY Fellowship is provided to Indian nationals to study. For the academic year 2021-22, students who completed the X Standard Board Examination and are qualified to enrol in the XI standard (Science courses) may take the Aptitude exam as a one-time measure due to current COVID-19 conditions. Once chosen as a temporary KVPY fellow, the student must provide a class XI study certificate. For this reason, the fellowships awarded to students in this stream will only be activated for the academic year 2023-24 if they enrol in an undergraduate course in Basic Sciences (B.Sc, B, Stat, B, Math, International M.Sc, or International M.S.) after achieving an aggregate score of 60% (or 50% for SC/ST/PWD) in MATHEMATICS and SCIENCE subjects in the XII standard Board Examination. They will be invited to the National Science (Vijyoshi) Camp and their travel and local hospitality costs will be covered by KVPY during the interim period of one year. This stream is for students who will be taking science courses in the 12th grade in the academic year 2021–22 and who want to enrol in an undergraduate programme in the basic sciences in the following academic year (2022–23). After passing the XII standard Board Examination with at least 60% (or 50% for SC/ST/PWD) aggregate marks in MATHEMATICS and SCIENCE subjects (Physics/Chemistry/Biology), students selected under this stream will have their fellowships activated only if they enrol for an undergraduate course in Basic sciences in the academic year 2022-23. In the academic year 2022-23, students enrolled in the Cambridge International Examination Board's second year and hoping to enter the Basic Sciences Bachelor's degree programme After passing the Cambridge International Examination Board Examination in the second year, students selected under this stream will be eligible for a fellowship only if they enrol in an undergraduate course in Basic sciences in the academic year 2022-23 and obtain a minimum of 60% (or 50% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in aggregate in mathematics and science subjects (Physics/Chemistry/Biology). Due to the current COVID-19 scenario, students who have completed the XII Standard Board Examination and are eligible to enrol in the first year of B.Sc./BS/BS/BS/BS/BS in the academic year 2021–22 may take the aptitude exam as a one-time measure. Once chosen as a provisional KVPY fellow, the student must provide a 1st year B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./Int. M.S. study certificate. For this reason, the fellowships awarded to students in this stream will only be activated for the academic year 2021-22 if they enrol in an undergraduate programme in the Basic sciences (equivalent to BS, BS, BS, BS, BS, BS, BS, BS, BS, BS, BS, BS) and achieve at least a 60 percent aggregate mark (50 percent for SC/ST/PWD) in the first year of BS, BS, BS,

And yes you can go into IISC through JEE Mains
Previous year cutoff Ranks are as follows (through JEE)

EWS: 4000- 10,000

Dear Rajashekar,
Yes, you can go to another college. But for fees refundable policy, you need to enquire with your current college you are enrolled in. As, every college has its set of rules and regulations, some college refund your half of the fee or some refund some percentage of the fee. But, some colleges doesn't offer any kind of refund. As you haven't mentioned the college name, we can't tell if your current has any refund policy. I would suggest you to ask your concerned college authority or fee department for any refund related query.
Hope this helps.
All the Best!!
Dear Rajkumar,
IISER and IISC are reputed institutions that offers a bachelor in science degree. JEE Advance is a exam through which you can get a chance to be admitted in these two institutions. IISER eligibility criteria is to secure a rank within top 10000. And IISC Bangalore requires you to secure a rank within 250 if you are general, 6000 if you are OBC, 8000 if you are SC and 50000 if you are of ST category. Hope this clears your doubt.
I hope you are doing fine, First of all, IISc actually doesn't offer B. Tech at all . It offers Bachelor of Science (Research) which is a four year programme. You can choose engineering electives in the 4th, 5th and 6th semesters followed by a research project in the last two semesters. IISc Bangalore takes admission on the basis of JEE main ,JEE advance ,KVPY and NEET UG. The cut off would be more than 95%ile.
I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your future.
Good Luck
KVPY It is a scholarship for students pursuing a degree in science. So if you've qualified for KVPY, whether it's SX, SA, or SB. If you majored in pure science in your undergraduate and graduate studies, you will be eligible for scholarships for both. If you are chosen for the kvpy fellowship, you will almost certainly get it. The KVPY Fellowship is intended for students who are enrolled in a research-oriented programme. IISER and IISc are primarily intended for students who want to pursue a research-related profession.
Admission to B.Sc. course in IISc Bangalore is not through NEET. Candidates need to apply for admission by filling the online application form from the official website of the institute. Then they will be shortlisted on the basis of their score in KVPY/ IIT-JEE (Main)/ IIT-JEE ( Advanced ). The last date of application for this year was April 30. Since your daughter has given NEET, she can apply for other courses like MBBS/BDS/AYUSH etc. The registration processes will start the declaration of NEET result. You can get an idea about the colleges in which she might get a seat by using NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp
