I assume you are asking about iisc bangalore ug courses. see you may go for 5 years integrated bs-ms courses by clearing jee main exam/ scb channel. kvpy course. basically iisc is a research Institute, so ug candidates mostly opts for masters or phd courses after completing the graduation or Integrated course. however ug placement is not very lucrative, based on the area of subjects students placed in mncs, salary ranges from 5-6 lpa based on the companies recruitment.

The highest salary package offered is 40LPA with an average salary of 10 LPA for the total placed students. top companies such as Walmart, IBM, Tata Motors, Oracle and Toshiba visit IISc every year for recruitment.
IISc Bangalore also provides internship opportunities to the students every year with an average stipend of 45,000 Rs.

Now, coming to your question , you can definitely get into IISC Bangalore through JEE Mains rank. Infact there are three ways through which you can get into IISC Bangalore - JEE Mains, JEE advance, KVPY, NEET. The university doesn't conduct it's own examination, so these are the only ways to get in. The cutoffs are really high as well, because the competition is very tough.

Actually it is required that your rank must qualify the cut off rank list of iisc bangalore then only you are eligible to get admission in it. So you check your rank with opening and closing rank admission of iisc banglore and if it comes under those ranks then you are eligible otherwise you are not.

To get admission in such top college through jee advance your rank must be under 15k for gen-ews category. If you could score such rank then you would get a seat at these colleges with ease.

The applications haven't been closed for KVPY exam you can still apply for that exam and write the exam , qualify to get a seat in IISc Banglore. The applications are open till 19th october.The other entrances which IISc Banglore accepts is JEE Mains, JEE Advanced and NEET for undergraduation courses. The date of the examination is 31st January 2021, that means you still have 4 months to prepare if you are considering to take a drop. if you are confident and very much determined to get into IISc only then consider taking a drop or else you will loase 1 yr of your career.

IISER HAVE 3 CHANNELS FOR ADMISSION THAT IS JEE ADVANCED, KVPY AND, SCB. So you cannot get into a IISER with this percentile if you have not performed well in JEE Advanced.
For IISC, the cutoffs are higher than what you are getting so there is a very less probability that you will get into IISC too.
