  1. KVPY
  2. JEE ADVANCED

Via KVPY with good marks after qualifying the interview you will get a fellowship along with a chance to get admission in IISC.

It doesn't matter which college you are studying If you are a KVPY scholar and studying in any basic science courses you will get the stipend.

for bachelor degree (bsc), from 1st to 3rd year you will get 20,000 annual contigency grant

On the basis of your rank and category it is impossible for you to get admission in iisc Bangalore . It is best institute in India with NIRF ranking 1 . Also it offers only bsc(research) degree fir undergraduate . You should apply to different colleges .
