Since the last date of Application submission is 30th April, 2020. I would suggest you to wait for some time, the last date of submission might also get postponed under the current circumstances. In the meantime try to contact the authorities through e-mail stating your issue.

For admissions in undergraduate courses the eligibility criteria specifies that the candidate should have passed the 12th or qualifying examination in the same year or a year before taking the exam. Thus, for admissions in undergraduate courses you can apply for only 2 times.
