i am having 43 marks in jam biotechnology 1066Air in obc category. is there any chances to admission to iisc, iiser tvm, jncasr integrated PhD ? or it is wasting to apply?

Hi,

Well the chances are really low but still there is no harm in applying. You cannot know when what would happen. So I would recommend you to apply for counseling and wait even if the chances of admission is low and you can know better later.

can we opt. for m tech after b.sc in iisc

Hello aspirant

No, you can not do M.Tech after BSc . You can do M.Tech only if you have B.Tech or B. E. Degree in any of Engineering or Technical discipline.

If you are BSC then you have to do MSc first to do M.Tech.

However you can do M.tech

minimum qualification eligibility for IISc :- IIT-JEE (Main): 60% (GN), 54% (OBC-NCL), 30% IIT-JEE (Advanced): 60% (GN), 54% (OBC-NCL), 30% (SC/ST/PH) I am not sure what these percentages mean, Are they out of total marks like out of 260 or something else?

Hello,

Yes these are percentage of total score. Candidates interested to get an admission into IISc have to score marks above the cutoff percentage of total marks. Check cutoff percentage as per your category and apply for it.

IISc considers jee , meet and KVPY scores for admission.

iit hyderabad offers mtech course on machine learning, admission is based on gate score, for machine learning gate paper should be on electronics and communication engineering or electrical engineering, also there is stipends from mhrd for mtech students who have valid gate score. you may follow the below link
