Yes, IISc provides some undergraduate courses which exclude mathematics. Some of them are-
* BSc by Research in Biology
* BSc by Research in earth and environmental studies.
The institute also provides admissions through NEET and Jee Mains and Jee advanced. The other courses include Master's and PhD.

The cutoff for IISC Banglore, on their website is mentioned to be 5001-8000 for jee , does that mean only students between these raks are allowed. what if i am getting like 3000 rank??

The cutoff range mentioned is the opening rank - closing rank. That means that a candidate of rank 5001 chose the branch offered in the Institute and prior to him no one chosen and the closing rank would mean that the last seat is filled by the 8000

For IISC Banglore as per official data  cutoff rank for shortlisted candidate in SC category in JEE main is 14001-20000. In 2019.

see in general phd course duration is 3-4 years, but integrated phd means in that course you can learn about masters program as well as research program. the eligibility criteria for iisc phd course in biological sciences  is candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Biotechnology or Chemistry
