There are different posts in ISRO, it totally depends on which post you want to apply for.
For space scientist post you need to study one do the courses
1) Btech in aerospace engineering/Avionics engineering.
2) MSC in Solid state physics, astronomy,Earth system science.
3)Mtech in electrical, electronics,
Yes, if you pass 12 PCM, then you can take admission in B.Tech.
And if you want to join Indian Navy, then start getting B.Tech admission on behalf of Indian Navy, if you want to apply then you can apply, I will give you the link below.

Dear Sampath, let me clear your confusion first,IISc doesn't offer any course at undergraduate level - B.E/B.Tech- in Aeronautical engineering. Although BSc if offered in IISc.
M.Tech in Aeronautical engineering is offered but for that you have to give gate exam and after clearing that you will be called for
