As per the official website of IISc Bangalore, offers were made to general category applicants selected with ranks of up to 220, 2 and 220 for the KVPY-SA, SB and SX streams respectively. Offers were made to all OBC(NCL) category applicants selected in KVPY SA , SX streams

In IISC, this year cut off for OBC is 5000, I don't think you will get seat in this Institute. As every year they only take few students and their cut off is less. Here is the link where you can find about cut off :
