As per the Institute career development and Placement council of IISER BHOPAL, no data are found regarding the BS placements. But it stated that for BS-MS integrated courses of all the subject 87% students got placed.

Since you have already completed the BS IISER course , you will be able to complete the project work within one year and graduate with MS . If you will freshly apply for m tech , it will take two more years. It will not also be so

You haven't mention your category, without category it is quite difficult to say because different category have different cutoffs. Assuming that you are from General category. It is difficult to secure admission in IISER Bhopal in last Counselling. To get IISER Bhopal you should score atleast 110 marks.

I think you mean Chemical Sciences/Chemistry. There are no Chemical Engineering courses in IISER, all courses are under a structured Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Curriculum.

Secondly, yes you will recieve your KVPY Scholarship during the course of your degree once enrolled, provided you crack KVPY SA/SX/SB.

According to your marks there are chances of you getting admission in IISER Berhampur. This year cutoff  is also expected to decrease due to increase in no of seats offered through IAT. You have to stay upto last to get selected in any IISER.
