In order to be eligible for IIST you should have 18% minimum aggregate marks and 4.5% marks in P/C/M individually.

Based on your marks you have chances to get IITs.

They dont release such list in which they mention the number of students provided admission through Jee. And if we talk about seat matrix for the same then there are 140 seats in total in all three programs. For more information, you can go through the below link -
