If you have qualified JEE advance, you can apply for Spot round. However , the chances are low of getting as mostly no seats are left vacant in IIST.

Assuming asking for B.tech IIST takes the admision through JEE Advance. As per the eligibility you should have minimum 75% in class 12th as a general category & 65% as a reserved category. You can check teh further information with the given below link.

B.tech: Till 2016 all btech student having good CGPA were absorbed by ISRO but from this year(2017) onwards ISRO might come for campus placement but its not sure. So we are approaching companies for placements and succeeding also but it will take some time to achieve 100% placement
