Admission is given on cut-off basis. IIST B.Tech 2018 cutoff is the minimum marks which the candidates require to be eligible to apply for admission in the B.Tech programmes that are offered at IIST.

Sorry but there is no provision for admissions of B.Sc students. IIST takes in only students after Class 12 and who have qualified in JEE Advanced for the UG (B.Tech) programmes. For the PG ie M.Tech courses, the institute says " BE/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.S. or equivalent degree mentioned with a minimum
