Hey aspirant,

Maybe joining IIT Kharagpur is a little better than IIT BHU, but IIT BHU itself is a well renowned, highly prestigious institute that many students aspire of. Electronics department in IIT BHU is one of the best.

IIT BHU 's NIRF (20) ranking is 11. It is ranked 9 by Outlook and 10 by The Week '20.

which college is the best for doing bsc national post graduate college Lucknow or Banaras hindu university??? please reply

theeanonymous 10th Nov, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

Both these institutes are highly reputed and offers a very rich learning experience. But when you consider the year of establishment of the institutions , studying in BHU can be considered very precious. Also ,when it comes to college facilities , again BHU scores a point over National post graduate college. The university has got several  collaborations with global universities for research activities. BHU has many more Wi-Fi campus, shuttle service, auditorium, music room, dance room and convenience store etc. Now coming to factors like infrastructure , placements , faculties  etc , both seems to be more or less the same. So if you have a chance to be a part of BHU and is keen on the name and fame of the college ,sure you can go for it,BHU is indeed a popular choice among students especially for undergraduate courses,so if you have an opportunity ,need not waste it . Anyways I would suggest you to further research and compare both according to your convenience before deciding.

Remember more than the college your passion and dedication towards the chosen area matters when it comes to the possibility of a bright future.College is just going to be a supporting system or a launch pad . So focus on that.

It is also known as the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi or IIT (BHU) Varanasi. This is a public university, which offers courses in technology, science and humanities. The college was founded in 1919 as the Banaras Engineering College. In1968, it became the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University. In 2012, the institute beccame Indian Institute of Technology. Its NIRF Ranking is 11. B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering in Indian Institute of Technology Banaras Hindu University Varanasi has lowest fees. The placement median salary is 13.60 LPA.

EE at IIT Bombay - Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT Bombay) was established in 1958 under the Government of India. The banking and ATM facilities are provided at the campuses which facilitate the students to carry out important banking interactions like cash withdrawal or cheque deposits. Sports activities are promoted on the campus.

All the three IITs are equally good, but considering branches, CSE would be best. So , it is completely up to your area of interest, which branch and college you want to take admission in, based on your interests.

ARYAN SAGAR 3rd Nov, 2020
Dear student,

First of all congratulations on securing 1110 obc rank in jee advanced and got alloted a seat in iit.
Now, you can definitely freeze it, because electronics engineering branch is very good in iit bhu.
The lab is well furnished with good equipments.
And also the average package is quite decent in iit bhu for electronics branch.
It is near about 15 lakhs per annum and nearly 80 to 90% students gets placed from this branch. If you are interested in cse or robotics then you will definitely enjoy this course.
And if talking about faculties then no doubt, all the faculties of every branch are very good.
So, definitely you can freeze it or otherwise you can float it.
Because even if you not get any higher seat in further rounds then also your seat will remained with you.
