Indian Institute of Technology Banaras Hindu University Varanasi
There are chances that you might get mining at iit bhu but at this point i would like to clarify that getting the seat allotted in mock round does not make it sure that you will get that seat although looking at the cutoffs and trends it is possible that you might get iit bhu mining in about 6th round of josaa.
Hlw Vishal Kumar Saw,
Hope you are doing well,
Congrats for being alloted in first round of josaa in pharmaaceutical engineering at iit bhu,you query is not clear ,but if you ask for upgradation in next rounds then there is not any scope,
Hope this helps,
good luck
hello candidate
iit bhu mechanical is better than iit dhanbad in case of exposure, location and alumni network.
It is also better in terms of crowd and campus infrastructure .
so if you have no particular inclination towards any branch than you should choose bhu otherwise if you want to study electrical branch then you should take ism
best of luck
Hello there. I feel sorry to say this but with that rank it seems impossible to secure any seat in IIT Roorkee or IIT BHU. But still if you have the luck you might get seat in some other IIT.
Hi aspirant
IIT madras is among top 5 IITs .So if you are looking for really good college then you should opt for Madras .
Also if you are taking about stream now it depends on interest.
If you really want to spend your life coding, working with computers, apps, website etc then you should prefer CSE.If you really have interest.
Otherwise if you are good in physics and mathematics and you really enjoy physics and you want to learn more about different types of machines then you can opt for Mechanical engineering.
If you want to do govt. jobs later on Mechanical engineering would be best.If you want to work with MNC on leading technologies like IOT,ML,Data science ,AI etc then go for CSE.
In matters of placements IIT Madras would be much better than IIT Bhu .
Hope this was helpful.
All the best.
Hey!Suman
If you are interested in mechanical stream then you must go with IIT MANDI otherwise go WITH IIT BHU.Chemical stream is also good,it also has lot of scope. With chemical stream you can also look for PSUs.If you have interest in mechanical then opt it.
Ask if you have any query.
GOOD LUCK!
Hello ,
As your query is you have all India rank 5386 in JEE advance and you are from general category and you are confused in between taking admission in IIT Kanpur for bioengineering or IIT BHU for chemical engineering so first of all congratulations as you have cleared the entrance exam now I would like to tell you that in my opinion you should go for IIT Kanpur bioengineering because as per the course of bioengineering is concerned it is in trend and the job opportunity for the same is really high but at the same point even chemical engineering branch is also nice based on job opportunities but still the campus, infrastructure, and placement if all the scenario are taken in count then obviously you should take IIT Kanpur but at last it is all about your interest.
I hope your query is solved.
Thank you.
Hello,
Choosing your branch should be completely your choice as no one apart from you knows better about your interests. If you are interested in electrical related stuff, you can choose MNIT Jaipur. If you want to study in deep about metallurgical engineering, you should go for Metallurgical engineering at IIT Kharagpur. If you have no inclination towards either of the branches, you can try to choose Metallurgical engineering at IIT Kharagpur because of the academics and opportunities provided by IIT Kharagpur. But once again, both the options provided by you are great and you should decide what to choose according to your interests etc. So, choose your branch wisely.
I hope it helps.
