According to me IIT GUWAHATI should be preferred since it is more high rated as compared to that of IIT BHU.
Plz tell me how many marks you got?
I think it will be very difficult to get this branch as it's previous year cut off was6238.You may try for some other branches like metallurgy,etc.

IIIT-BHU, Varanasi offers a four-years UG level course B.Pharm and the admission process consists of two steps.
You need to clear JEE Mains first.
Following this, you have to take up JEE Advanced and the admission is based on the JEE Advanced test scores.
