In terms of infra, IIT BHU is still ahead of IIT Indore. The machines, etc are old in the old departments such as mechanical, etc. However, departments like CSE and Mathematics have brand new buildings, computers, etc.

IIT(ISM) has been ranked 26th in the QS Global University Rankings in Engineering - Mineral & Mining & it is India's SECOND Highest Ranked University by Subject. Tier 1 deposits are Company making mines. They are large, long life and low cost. The campus of BHU is legendary. The main campus is spread over 1300 acres, which is bigger than any IIT, except IIT Kharagpur. The sports facilities are amazing as there is one cricket field, two soccer fields, and one hockey field apart from swimming pool, tennis, badminton, volleyball, squash, and basketball courts.
In 1969 these three colleges were integrated together to form a stand-alone Institute of Technology, BHU. In 2012, the Government of India officially converted IT(BHU) into IIT (BHU), Varanasi and since then, IIT(BHU) is an independent academic organization contributing towards nation building.
Rankings. Among engineering colleges, IIT (BHU) Varanasi was ranked 11 by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) in 2020 and 26 overall. It was ranked 9th among engineering colleges in India in 2019 by The Week.
IIT BHU Placement 2021 Highlights

64.26 LPA to INR. 11.50 LPA. During the previous year (2020 Placement drive), The institute had bagged a total of 762 placement offers with four international job offers with the highest salary package worth INR. 1.53 Crore per annum.

Directly coming to the question,

Talking about Microelectronics& DTI, the placement according to students studying there are approximately is around 80-90% which is very good and average package is around 8-10 lakh RS per annum.

Almost same as Microelectronics , may have a little variation.( Can change in upcoming time)

• Microwave

This have slightly lower placement ratio as well packages. ( acc. to students)
