     Minimum marks are required 300 for admission in  any of the iits. IIT Bombay requires minimum 300 marks required for basic branches like mechanical , ece , en and all.

To get admission in IIT Bombay you to give crack JEE MAINS exam next year and Jee Advance following that.
Make sure you will get minimum 75% in physics chemistry and maths in 12th otherwise even if you crack both the exams you wont be allowed to apply

The minimum eligibility of the gate score for the iit bombay and delhi is above the 450 marks and also it will vary to different branches and also in the question u did not mentioned the branch how can i explain according to branch wise i can tell
