NO. You cannot go by this method or procedure. You need to qualify JEE MAIN, then JEE ADVANCED and if you qualify both of these then you have to appear in AAT to get a B.Arch seat in IIT's.

As you are sc and you need aerospace engineering you need approx 10000 rank to get it at iit bombay.it is a general rank.your sc rank must be around 500.
