Taking exam does not require any percentage marks in board. But getting in NITs or sitting for jee advanced requires it. So I remember that in 2017 top 20 percentile for bihar board was 313 and if the paper was easier this year than this cutoff will raise.

it is not possible to get direct admission in iit bombay for mtech admission. you need to crack graduate apptitude test in engineering exam (gate) and need to score the cutoff by iit bombay to get admission in the institution.
