Basically sir the fee of any IIT  and NIT have based on the income .

So,I am giving you the fee structure of IIT Madras,

According to me , all rest  IIT will take approx same fee.

As you have scored 515 in gate 2019 in Civil stream in obc category, there is very very less chance that you can get seat in IIT BOMBAY. you can the cutoff from link to below-
