I am so sorry to tell you that diploma students are not eligible to appear foe jee mains or advanced engineering entrance exam and hence you are not eligible to get admission in IIT BOMBAY with any branch.

As far as ECE Students are not eligible to pursue Mtech(Energy Studies) in IIT Bombay.The Candidate with B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc(Engg) in Mech/Electrical/Chemical/Aero/Thermal/Auto/Agri/Mett.Engg are eligible to continue their Mtech(Energy Studies) through Valid GATE Score.
