It is 2 lakh per annum, complete fee waive off for students from SC/ST, differently- abled and economically weaker sections.

If you are asking for admission into IIT, Delhi it takes admission through JEE Advanced.
First, you need to qualify JEE main exam in order to apply for JEE Advanced exam.
