If you are asking for admission into IIT, Delhi it takes admission through JEE Advanced.
First, you need to qualify JEE main exam in order to apply for JEE Advanced exam.

If its released by the officials then chances of mistakes are very less but there is no guarantee that they cant make any mistake as they have also mentioned if student finds any issue in answer key then he/she is free to file objection.
