Chennai has many good coaching centres like :--

AAKASH :-- The teachers here are good, but it's very expensive if you compare other JEE Institutes some of which are better. It's good for medical preparations though.

FIITJEE :-- They take a test based on which they divide you into batches

In iit madras admission can be done only if iit entrance exam. If i passed iit entrance exam then the courses fee will be apply.

Course fee will be applied irrespective of category and Jee Advanced is must for all IIT under any category.

SC and ST category do get fee concessions and scholarships are made available for all categories.

Top 100 rnakers get fe econcessiin at IIT Madras under Jee advanced.

I have got choice no. 6 IIT Roorkee Civil should i freeze it or float?

Dear student,

There are less chances of getting IIT Delhi or KGP in subsequent rounds.So i suggest you to freeze a seat in IIT Roorkee. You apply for Delhi and KGP in case you get a seat you can withdraw as well.

When i checked the cut off for M.tech admission in IIT delhi, gate score of 725, and CGPA of 6.75 is mentioned. Do we have to satisfy both?

Hii yash,

Both of the other colleges are good but there is nothing better than IIT. So IIT delhi is the best option. However if you are not interested about textile engineering, you may think about other options.

Getting an admission at iit is a great thing. You have to work hard and get good rank in jee main and advanced. All iits have good result and dont be afraid to take admission in any iit. If you have good rank then go for it.
