Maximum Marks vary every year like below:2016- 3722015 - 5042014 - 360So, it is difficult to predict marks as exam pattern and marks change every year but you should score more than 50% marks to get good branch in Top IITs like IIT Delhi.
last year microsoft offers 1.4 crore package at IIT Delhi.this is highest package of iit.last year around 16,000 students also have registered for placement.
