With this percentage, you are qualified as it requires either 75% or you should be there in top 20 percentile but the admission in IITs will be done through Jee advanced score/rank so you need to crack it.

with 250 marks you can try for nit trichy or calicut , you can even give aat to get into iit roorkee.
