So, it is difficult to predict marks as exam pattern and marks change every year but you should score more than 50% marks
IITs accept Jee advanced score as its paper pattern keeps on changing year to year so it is quite difficult to provide any marks range but better to get 35% or more than that to get admission in top IITs as this will be the safest score.
