If we talk from placement point of view, nit Warangal mechanical has better placements than iit Gandhinagar mechanical. Going to iit Gandhinagar will give you a iitian tag but certainly nit Warangal mechanical is a better option.

I will suggest to go for IIT ropar or IIT mandi and study coding IIT will provide you oppotunites and if you do not want to study coding the i will suggest to go for NIT rourkela as the placement of electronic branch are good .

see iit gandhinagar does not participate in COAP counselling. since it does not belongs to coap portal you may process for admission to coap gandhinagar and subsequently appear in coap counselling rounds. however remember that a candidates can not select multiple offers at a time for coap counselling, A applicant  can select only one offer in a respective round of multiple offers from various participating Institutes or PSUs.
