Your score is a bit less.As per the previous years cutoffs you have less chance of getting admission to the medium ranked IITs you may have to compromise by taking Lower ranked IITs or medium ranked NITs..You can check for Colleges on Careers360 College Predictor

 your gate score is quite low for admission in top ranked iit or nits. how ever cutoff for m.tech admission differ year to year depends on gate question paper. you can apply in iit patna, jodhpur, varanasi,  indore and for nits, nit harimpur, jamshedpur, surathkel,kurushetra would be good.

Based on your score and since your category is general , there are very few chances of getting any old IIT and top NITs.  You can try for new IITs and some low ranking NITs. If you want to take a good IIT or NIT then you have to compromise

Dear Laxmi, JEE Mains is for candidates who have finished their 10+2 and want to join B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch courses. It is not for joining 11th. If you want to join junior college you can join either directly based on your merit in your 10th standard or based on any entrance examination.
