 to get a call from psu youe gate score is not up to the mark. however you may apply in new iits, iit roorkee, patna, gandhinagar, and also in nit sikkim, nit bhopal, nit bhopal etc. you can also apply in jadavpur university,IIEST shivpur. HOWEVER some institute take entrance

Hi Shivakunar, the cutoff varies every year based on various factors like number of test takers number of seats available difficulty level of exams etc. However going by the past cutoffs, some of the colleges you have chances are, 

1) IIT Bombay

2) IIT Delhi - Optoelectronic and optical communication

According to last year cut-off from 2016-2018, the marks cut-off increase every year according to 2016 cut off you get IIT BHU but at 2018, the score cut off is very high so very less chance to get any IITs may be you get new IITs college, try to explore
