Apply for state engineering college or state universities which are taking admission through GATE.You can also appply for NITs but chances are less.There are GFTIs and IIITs also .You can apply there also.

For private jobs you need to apply for off campus Jobs which are announced recently

You have nil chances for IITs.You might get NITs .You may get MS/PHD at IITs but Mtech is not possible.For a general category its really difficult.

  eligibility for getting a seat in IIT is 35% marks of the total. So JEE advanced officials give rank to the students who have scored marks greater than 35%.But

You have decent score to get good college.You can get IITs  for Mtech/MS/PHD programme.You won't be able to get Mtech easily at top IITs.You can apply at older and new IITs and some of NITs as well.

Look best colleges in India either take good rank in JEE MAINS or a Huge amount of fees. 

When you have good rank in JEE MAINS then fees will not be an issue similarly
