With this GATE score it will be quite difficult to get into IIT's or NIt's considering Open category.

You can get CTm in lowe NIT's or you can try the other state Universities like Anna University, JNUTH or Osmania.

You can also try The private universities.

The cutoff of GATE of Civil Engineering to get admission for M.Tech in IIT Guwahati is 315 marks last year and in 2017 it was 252 marks.And this year around it will be in this range.So, you need to study hard and score good marks or rank to get admission

See the marks u ahve scored is not enough for u to get admissioned in the good colleges like NITs and IITs for pursuing ur higher studies. U can opt for other state colleges and private institutions which except the low score of GATE to take admission.
