You can take admission in IIT after Diploma. You have to write exam of JEE for which minimum qualification required to apply is 10+2 candidate with diploma are also allowed to apply for the exam. After getting a good marks, you can take admission in IIT.

For mtech you can even think to get Universities like NIT's and IIT's with this GATE score. Your score is too low to get to even JNUTH or Osmania (Considering General)
