Hello. I assume you are talking about UCEED exam 2019. If that is the case then as per previous years records of cutoffs you might get IIITDM JABALPUR. The closing ranks for open category candidates previous years were:

• IIITDM JABALPUR- 95
• IIT BOMBAY- 16
• IIT GUWAHATI- 58

Let me tell you about closing ranks for last year for general cateogry 

IIT -B is 16

IIT-G is 58

IIITDM- 95

so it seems that you have low chance to get any college from

Dear Aman, as already informed, if the certificate and the UDID card are genuine and have been issued by the concerned authorities and the disability is true to its mention in the certificates, no one can disqualify you. Disqualification only comes into picture when the mentioned disability is not there
