I m sorry to inform you that according to previous cutoff trend, you have a low chance of getting any IIT. You may still try for-

• IIT Patna
• IIT Jodhpur

as their cutoff touches 400.

Don't be disappointed, You still have a good chance in many NITs.

According to previous cutoffs of IIT's,you have good chances of getting new IIT's.( considering you as a General category).

Chances of getting a seat in IIT,Kharagpur at this score is feeble.  

If you belong to Reserve Category, then most probably you will get a seat their.

YOU can apply for both IITS and NITS accepting your score.

You will surely get admission in IIT but not in the top discipline of your choice

Basically this depends upon ranking and cutoff for the session instead of marks, higher the difficulty level of paper-lesser the marks required
